Tandem est un groupe de rap français originaire de Seine-Saint-Denis composé de Mac Tyer et de Mac Kregor. Tandem sort sont premier EP "Ceux qui savent m'écoutent" en 2001. Les débuts du groupe sont marqués par un style diamétralement opposé à celui avec lequel il a connu le succès un peu plus tard. En effet, au début Tandem ne faisait pas encore de rap hardcore, l'écriture était plus recherchée et certains morceaux sonnent bien plus « conscients ».
