There are at least two artists with this name: 1) French smooth/lead/tropical/surf/cold wave band from Paris. They released 3 songs on Beko DSL in april 2010. Three years later, they released an eponymous EP soon followed by first album, "Psycho Tropical Berlin", receiving raving reviews. 2) Australian glam/punk/new wave band who released one album in 1980.
